Gurugedara.lk is a transformative educational environment created to cover the national curriculum, beginning with subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for Grade 6. Developed as a modern and interactive learning platform, it is designed to benefit both teachers and students across schools throughout the island.
This visionary project is implemented by Webcomms Global (Pvt) Ltd., under the sponsorship of the LK Domain Registry and Foundation.lk.
The primary objective of Gurugedara.lk is to enhance teaching and learning experiences by seamlessly integrating new technology into education without any barriers.
Furthermore, the project implemented specialized training programs for school teachers at selected educational zone levels to empower them in creating digital learning content. By actively engaging the school community with these new systems, the initiative ultimately aims to bring modern digital education methodologies closer to Sri Lankan students.
